I have a garden that is given to me from God.
In this garden grows a very special tree:
My Friendship Tree.
It is ripe with the golden fruit of all the love and concern of friends that God has given to me. And this tree stands out from all the rest.
True friends are a rare and precious gift, to be treasured above all else. To nuture and love them each day.
True friends care about each other's problems. And they can laugh as well as cry, together. They offer and receive advise and do not take offense when it isn't followed. They can share their feelings and thoughts with each other without embarrassment. And know and understand without lecturing.
Caring, when we need care;
Loving, when we need love;
Listening, when we need to talk;
Crying, when we need comfort;
Sharing, when we need them;
Always there for us.
To all my friends on my friendship tree:
I thank you for your friendship and pray that I can be as good a friend to you as you have been to me. I love each and every one of you.
